We've been duped and I mean DUPED! We trusted them with our homework. How could we have been so naive? Well, let me tell you how. Recently a phenomenon has been arising on the major search engines. If you simply typed in any 3 digit number into Google or Bing, followed by the phrase "New Cases", you'll get exactly that number of new cases for your search results. Click any of the photos below to check it out.
Long Story Short
COVID may not be as rampant as we thought it was. They change our search results to feed into the COVID fear. We explain more in the video below.
At this point, it's becoming funny 🤭 They think we're fools. The amount of cases is what I decide it should be.
We brought you this video by @EssyGriffin14 on Twitter to show you in realtime.
I searched for 123 new cases in Bing and click on a result.
How long has this been happening?
This may have been happening since early 2010. Google had been working on its algorithmic formulas nearly since the beginning of Google.
Google and Bing could be doing this for profit or we're being attacked by a foreign entity via our internet search results.
In Google's earlier days, they were just a search engine; nothing more. their slogan was "Don't Be Evil". Now, Google it's a whole wide range of things. they had also replaced their iconic slogan to "Do the right thing". Who are they talking to? Us?
"Don't be evil"
implies that we have done evil things. I mean, sure we all could be evil sometime but does Google have to remind us? Isn't that the FBI's job?
"Do the right thing"
implies that we don't do the right thing under normal circumstances.
If regular people aren't known for using google for anything evil, it may mean only one thing. Google's slogans are directed toward other large corporations. Let's take a look at the receipts. Right now, we know that big corporations obtain large defense contracts with the US government to use their tech. General Electric, Microsoft, Motorola, Nextel, HP and the other companies we can all credit for helping us with homework, Texas Instruments all have US defense contracts. Google does not. They are playing a bigger game and we don't see it.
Google had been showing their true colors when it comes to who they are interested in helping. China prohibits the use of search engines like Google and Bing because Chines people will quickly realize that they've been oppressed by their government for decades. Google took action to facilitate the censorship of American values regarding human rights in China. If they found out on a huge scale, China may go through a revolution.
In a Vox article by Tony Romm titled: Europe has fined Google $2.7 billion for manipulating search results, it reads...
"The European Union slapped Google with a record-breaking $2.7 billion fine on Tuesday, charging that the U.S. tech giant had manipulated search results in a way that gives an “illegal advantage” to its own services while harming the company’s rivals."
The other conspiracy is that China and Google are besties and like the government censorship there, they will implement it here. It may actually too late. Google may not be alone in this secret "New Case" fear plan. DuckDuck Go, Qwant and MySearch are all guilty of it. If it's not just one it may be all or none. It's defiantly coming from somewhere.
According to even the United States Department of Justice they wright
"I write to you today to draw the Justice Department’s attention to the tremendous threat that Google and its parent company, Alphabet, pose to a free and fair press in America. As your antitrust investigation of Google intensifies, I urge you to thoroughly scrutinize how the company's anti-competitive practices could lead to the crippling of journalistic freedom. I also ask that your probe examine abuses in both the online advertising and online search markets, and to take enforcement action swiftly before further economic harm results."
